🚚 Delivery Policy
At Womula Perfumes and Gifts, we strive to bring your favorite scents to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.
- Shipping Areas: We currently deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
- Delivery Timeline: * Dubai: 1–2 business days.
- Other Emirates: 2–4 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate (e.g., AED 20), or Free for orders exceeding a certain value (e.g., AED 250).
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via SMS or Email with the tracking details.
- Note: Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate to avoid delays.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products (bottling, blending, and hygiene standards), we maintain a strict policy to ensure the quality of every bottle.
- Change of Mind: We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the perfume is unopened, unused, and in its original shrink-wrapped packaging.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged bottle or the wrong fragrance, please contact us at 0543980246 or womula53@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened bottles, custom-blended scents, and gift sets are not eligible for return unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🛡️ Warranty & Quality Assurance
We take pride in our “Bottling & Blending” process.
- Authenticity Guarantee: We guarantee that all ingredients used in our blending process are of the highest quality and safe for skin application.
- Defect Warranty: We provide a 30-day warranty on the mechanical components of our products (e.g., faulty spray pumps or leaking bottles). If your atomizer fails, bring it to our Mankhool branch or contact us for a replacement.
- Storage Disclaimer: Womula is not responsible for changes in scent profile due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme heat or direct sunlight).
